Excessive stress can make you weary and by that you become less productive.
- Be mindful of your feelings when it comes to the heaviness of the work you need to do.
- Try to spread the work out during the week instead of trying to cram it all in one day and to keep on doing it everyday;it won't work.
- Its better to focus deeply on doing a few things well everyday than to try to do everything everyday.
- Splitting the work up throughout the week may seem like progress will be slower, but because you're actually doing it and doing it well, the progress will be faster than you think.
- Set priorities and make goals that would afford you a well balanced state of mind.
- Also its very important to plan your day well and have a little time off to organize your brain.
- Don't take nicotine, if you drink alcohol take little of it.
- Eat healthy food and make sure you rest.
- Connect with others.
- Humor is also a great way to reduce stress, be friendly, laugh things off and consult your co-workers in situations where you can't do things alone.
