President Goodluck Jonathan is currently meeting with parents of the schoolgirls abducted from Chibok, Borno State on April 14.
The meeting is being held behind closed doors inside the the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja including the 51 girls who escaped from the insurgents, their parents, the parents of girls still in captivity and community leaders from Chibok.
Representatives from the government include President of the Senate, David Mark; Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State; Governor Isa Yuguda of Bauchi State; members of the Federal Executive Council as well as service chiefs.
Journalists were asked to the leave the venue at about 11:20am when the meeting started, and have been told they will be briefed later.
