Getting over your ex 1.


A breakup is usually the worst thing no one wants to imagine themselves going through, but sometimes its inevitable to experience heart breaks or breakup.

Women tend to be more heartbroken or filled with pain after a breakup most especially if they have truly loved the person that broke up with them.

The best way to get over a break up is accepting the realty of what becomes of you and deciding to Move On. Thus the practical ways to get over heart break are as follows:
Avoid Communication: Communication does not necessarily mean you and this person talking, the heart communicate and anything that reminds you of the person is a means of communication. Get rid of the pictures you snapped together; the musics you listened to; delete their numbers (and if you have their numbers off heart, try committing new numbers to memory). Don't stalk your ex. If they are truly sorry and want you back he/she would find a way to reach you. 
Don't blame yourself for the breakup: 
Even if it is because of your mistakes or imperfections, no one is perfect; and trust me someone that can't be with you at your worst, does not deserve you at your best. They just lost you, a jewel, a beautiful heart that deserves pampering. .
Don't make excuses for them: No matter how we look at it, no one is perfect and it is ok to make excuses for people's imperfection but someone that sapped you of joy, that can't fulfill their promise of love for you, that made you love them and fling it back in your face, that made you think you have a future with them, that broke your heart and disappointed you does not have any excuse. The more you make excuse, the more you hurt yourself with a sense of regret.
If they were worth it, they wont leave the way they left, they wont give up on you and walk out on the love you have for them. 
Don't move too close with those friends you and your ex had together. Don't go about looking pitiable and making it look like the end of the world has come. 
 Have fun, go out with friends, do stuffs that you have not done for yourself before and dont forget to improve yourself, go to the gym, go swimming or do anything that makes you feel good.
Have fun this weekend. 
    NB: Its a new month, dont allow any person determine your happiness or emotional  disposition. Hold yourself in high esteem and love yourself.
